Fantastic Colorful Cole Slaw ~ Just in Time for Memorial Day!
I have to bring a side dish to a Memorial Day picnic so I combined a few recipes that I have and came up with this delicious, healthy, and colorful cole slaw! I tried it out a few days ago to be sure it tasted great, and it did!
Salad
- 1 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of golden raisins
- 1/3 cup of salted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup of slivered almonds
Dressing
- 1/3 cup of cider vinegar
- 2T olive oil
- 2T sugar
- 2t Dijon mustard
- 2T soy sauce
Mix together and enjoy!
