East Hartford CT Market Report for December 2010
During December 2010, there were 21 closed sales in East Hartford CT with a median price of $145,000. During December 2009, there were 23 closed sales with a median price of $169,000. So while the number of sales held relatively steady, but median price was down significantly. Here is the breakdown by price range:

One interesting fact about the East Hartford housing market, however, is the median days on market (DOM). In December 2010, the median DOM was 64 while it was 65 in December 2009.
