Manchester CT Market Report: October 2010
During October 2010, there were 19 closed sales in Manchester CT with a median price of $182,000. Both number of sales and median price were up from September 2010.
Numbers, however, were down from October 2009, which showed 49 closed sales and a median price of $195,000.
