The Pleasant Valley area of South Windsor, CT has many wonderful neighborhoods, but one of the most sought-after is the subdivision around LeFoll Boulevard between Pleasant Valley Road and Chapel Road. The streets are all names, such as Gail, Dawn, Betty, Margaret, Jacques, Marty, and Nancy.
This Pleasant Valley area subdivision offers a variety of home styles, including ranches, capes, colonials, raised ranches, and contemporaries. The homes are built on good-sized lots with many mature trees and plantings. The residents take pride in the care of their homes, which is evident during a casual stroll through the neighborhood.
The subdivision is the perfect place for walkers, runners, bicyclists, and, of course, tricyclists. There are sidewalks, wide streets, and cul-de-sacs, ideal for block parties and kids learning to ride a bide without training wheels. Other conveniences include public sewers, public water, and natural gas for heating and cooking.
The elementary school for the neighborhood is Pleasant Valley Elementary School on Ellington Road. With nearby amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and parks as well as easy access to major highways (I-84, I-291, and Route 5), this area offers plenty of conveniences at affordable prices.
During the past year, there have only been eight homes that have sold.
