The Year in Review ~ Median Home Prices in Coventry CT
Coventry CT is a varied community offering a range of styles and values of homes, from small neighborhoods to new construction to rural properties to lakefront homes. With easy access to the University of Connecticut as well as major highways to Hartford, Coventry has much to offer.
In 2010, the number of homes sold as well as the median price of homes were down somewhat from 2009. There were 103 closed sales in 2010 compared to 123 closed sales in 2009. The median price was $222,000 in 2010, whereas the median price was $229,000 in 2009.

Unlike many other towns, Coventry did not see a spike in June with the expiration of the homebuyers tax credit. Let's take a look at the month-by-month median home prices in Coventry:
Except for July, median homes showed a consistency throughout the year before ending on a low note in December. Median price for the year was $222,000.
The median days on market increased from 39 in 2009 to 78 in 2010.
