Pleasant Hills Condominiums in South Windsor, CT is located on the corner of Pleasant Valley Road and Wheeler Road.  The complex of about 120 units is a mix of townhomes and ranch units which are bright and airy with an open-concept design. Many units have vaulted ceilings.  Other common features include central air conditioning,  basements, balconies, and decks that look out onto expanses of lawn.

Some of the amenities at Pleasant Hills Condominiums include a pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts, as well as plenty of lawn areas for socializing and playing lawn games. Considering the amenities, homeowner association fees are very reasonable, ranging from $120 for a one-bedroom unit to $214 for larger units.

Pleasant Hills Condominiums are close to every amenity imaginable.  Less than half a mile away is a Hampton Inn, Boston's Restaurant, and a small shopping plaza. The shopping plaza offers Bugaboo Creek, Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Starbuck's, Boston Market, Between Rounds, and Natori Sushi.  There are also small shops and major stores, such as Joanne Fabrics, PetSmart, Michaels, Eastern Mountain Sports, and Dress Barn.

A little further down the road is Buckland Hills Mall and The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk, with too many stores, services, and restaurants to mention.

With all there is to do nearby, you wouldn't know it if you were relaxing on the deck at Pleasant Hills Condominiums, looking at the green expanses of lawn.
