March Market Report for East Hartford CT
Interesting things were going on in East Hartford CT during March 2011. For once, the number of closed sales and the median price were almost identical to the numbers from March 2010. In March 2011, there were 27 closed sales, just as there were in March 2010. The median price in March 2011 was $149,000 compared to a median price of $148,900 in March 2010.
March numbers also compared favorably to February, which had 13 closed sales and a median price of $138,000, and to January, which had 18 closed sales and a median price of $127,500.
