It does seem like affordability is re-entering the housing market. While it is hard for sellers or anyone under water on their mortgage today, it is better for the overall economy if houses are at prices that people can afford. A condo is a great alternative to getting in over your head on a single family. In our little nook of Southeastern PA, it is still hard to find anything nice under $150,000.
