Homes for Sale in Tolland CT

 

During June 2011, there were 12 closed sales in Tolland CT with a median price of $281,000.  During June 2010, there were 13 homes sold with a median price of $292,900. So the median priced has dropped somewhat over last June.

 

If we look at the previous two months, April and May, the housing market in June in Tolland was more active.  In  May there were 7 closed sales with a median price of $225,000, while in April, there were also 7 closed sales with a median price of $168,000.

Another interesting fact is that the median days on market for June was 23, compared to 50 in May and 45 in April.  In addition, the sale price to list price ratio was 98.35 in June, 95.8 in May, and 96.5 in April. 

There are also currently 9 homes under contract and 9 homes under deposit.

Peggy -- Good report, as usual.  With a still good inventory, buyers need to get off the fence. Don't know where these interest rates are going.
