Bloomfield CT Market Report for November 2011

There were 13 homes sold in Bloomfield CT during November 2011. This compared a bit unfavorably when compared to November 2010 which showed 17 homes sold, but 13 is the most number of homes sold in one month in Bloomfield CT since June.

Sounds like you are on top of the market in your area Peggy some good stats and a great breakdown of the monthly market.
Peggy even though the sales are a little down in Bloomfield they are still fairly close to last year, and hopefully they will exceed last year's figures for this month.
